Elected to represent the three member ward of Baddeley, Milton and Norton in 2015, Cllr Evans has been successfully re-elected at Local Elections held in 2019 and 2023.
A vastly experienced member of the council, Cllr Evans has held various positions within the council, including Chairman of the Planning Committee and is renowned for his hard work and passion for his local community.
From 2019 to 2023, Cllr Evans was Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, taking on the role following a difficult Ofsted inspection, he led the team through their improvement journey, culminating in Ofsted up-rating the service at the most recent inspection.
Not only ward councillor for Baddeley, Milton and Norton, Dave proudly represents the area where he and his family have lived for generations.
Dave is also Deputy Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire.
