Resurfacing work has finally been carried out on Station Grove, including re-instating the road markings which were badly faded.
Cllr Evans said, "I know this has been raised with me by residents due to the visibility of the junction."
"I was told though that the repairs to Maunders Road would be carried out at the same time so I am chasing this up, along with the work to Leek New Road which was meant to be done last Friday under temporary traffic lights, BUT was cancelled at the last minute"
"I have also noticed that the Council have filed a permit for repair works to Leek Road by the Crem, which I know along with residents has been consistently raised by Carl and I!"
